The Area Club Served as our Family Resource Center (FRC) for Hurricane Idalia as well as Helene. We will be reserving a spot on our agenda to hear from Mrs. Maryann, the Center's Coordinator on how they've been holding up, local trends, and residential unmet needs. - PURPOSE: Hernando County's Long-Term Recovery Group's MISSION is "To provide coordinated, comprehensive recovery services to individuals and families impacted by disaster in Hernando County, addressing unmet needs and facilitating a resilient community by leveraging public, private, and non-profit collaborative partnerships and accessible resources."
- ACTION: Members of this meeting will help approve LTRG Bylaws, break out into Sub-Committees, provide updates on Case Management, Unmet Needs, and Finance & Donations.
