- PURPOSE: The AYM Capacity Building Series will host Q4 on MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS - Communicating With Purpose: Building Connection Through the 5 Languages of Love in the Workplace. What if strengthening your workplace communication starts with understanding how people feel valued? Join us for an engaging and interactive AYM workshop featuring Pathways Counseling as we explore the 5 Languages of Love and how they can be applied beyond personal relationships to the workplace. Discover how understanding different ways of giving and receiving appreciation can help nonprofit teams communicate more effectively, build stronger relationships, and create a culture where people feel seen, valued, and connected.
