Give Thanks, Give Food

All week long United Way of Hernando County is engaging with the community through "5 Days of Caring".

During the month of October, United Way of Hernando County is hosting a “Give Thanks, Give Food” drive to benefit four local Partner Programs that focus on Basic Needs and Crisis Intervention: Dawn Center, St. Vincent de Paul, People Helping People, and Jericho Road Ministries.

Non-perishable, unopened and unexpired food items can be dropped off to the United Way office Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM, located at 4028 Commercial Way, Spring Hill 34606. We also encourage local businesses to host internal collections.

On November 17th, collected food donations will be sorted, packed, and distributed to the agencies by volunteers as part of United Way's "5 Days of Caring."
