DEMENTIA CARE SUPPORT GROUPS

- Where: Support groups will be facilitated at West Hernando Branch Library | 6335 Blackbird Ave, Brooksville, FL 34613
- Time: 1:00 PM
- Our on-going Dementia Care Support Groups will take place on the first Monday of each month.
- This support group is FREE and open to all caregivers caring for loved ones with Alzheimer's or dementia.
- Join us for a safe space with fellow caregivers to discuss common struggles, strategies, and solutions together.
- This health initiative is in collaboration with the Dementia Spotlight Foundation
