DEMENTIA CARE SUPPORT GROUPS
- These on-going Dementia Care Support Groups will take place the first Monday of each month
- This support group is FREE and open to all caregivers caring for loved ones with Alzheimer's or dementia
- This health initiative is in collaboration with the Dementia Spotlight Foundation
- Support groups will be facilitated at Oak Hill Senior Living Community - 7411 Cortez Oaks Blvd. Brooksville, FL 34613
